1. THE PLATFORM

These are the Terms of Use for all users ("User" or "You"), both individuals and companies, who wish to use the platform called "Judit". This platform belongs to the company JUDIT TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA, registered with the CNPJ under No. 50.535.760/0001-71.

In order to use the Platform and its Services, you must agree to these Terms of Use and be aware of the Privacy Policy, which you can find on the Platform's website (www.judit.io). The Policies explain how your personal data will be processed and what your rights are in relation to this data, and also contain ethical guidelines for using the Platform. You cannot use the Platform or the services without first agreeing to these Terms of Use and Policies.

Judit is a platform that offers its services (software, website and applications) to optimize the daily lives of its users, facilitating the search for legal information in all Brazilian courts.

2. ACCESS, REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE PLATFORM

2.1. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

If you want to use certain Judit services, you need to register first and pay for them. This depends on the services you choose, according to the rules of the platform and the Plan you have chosen ("Registration").

By registering, you declare that you are able and can use the platform and its services. However, if you are under 18, your parents or guardians must take responsibility for your activities on the platform.

It is up to the user to manage their registration on the Judit platform and we suggest that you use only one profile to avoid duplication of subscriptions and payments.

Provide personal information in the Register, but keep it up to date. Do not share your information with other people. Judit will never contact you asking for bank details or anything like that.

In some cases, we may ask for more information for fraud identification and prevention (Additional Information). Providing this information is important for using the services.

2.2. VERIFICATION OF INFORMATION

We will check your information at any time. If we find incorrect or incomplete information, we may ask you to correct it. If nothing is done, we will unfortunately have to suspend or cancel your Registration, in addition to taking other appropriate measures, and no refund will be due from Judit.

2.3. LEGITIMATE ACCESS

Only use official websites and applications to access the platform (www.judit.io). Access in other ways is not permitted. Access through the use of robots, bots, automations or other similar technologies, as well as unauthorized access via API, will also not be permitted.

2.4. SIMULTANEOUS USE

You cannot use your account on more than one device at the same time. If the contracted plan allows multiple accesses, you can share your account with other people, but each login must follow the contracted plan and must have individual access.

2.5. TRANSFER BAN

You may not in any way lend or transfer your account to other people. We may suspend or block your access if we suspect that you have done so.

3. SIGNATURE

3.1. PAID PLANS

We offer different paid plans to improve your experience on the Platform according to your needs. You can subscribe to these plans if you wish. Once you have subscribed to a plan, the features you have subscribed to will be available immediately on the platform and applications.

3.2 PAYMENT

We will charge the price of the plan at the time of subscription, and it will be automatically renewed every 30 days. We will inform you of any changes to the price of the plan with reasonable notice.

Any questions regarding payment can be answered on the Judit support website (www.judit.io).

We will ask you for payment information, such as your social security number and credit card details. By providing this information, you agree to pay for the plan and will be responsible for storing the payment information.

3.3. LATE PAYMENT

If you delay payment, your subscription may be temporarily suspended and then canceled. This can be done on the Judit website (www.judit.io).

3.4. BILLING AND CANCELLATION

Your subscription will be automatically renewed by charging the credit card used to purchase the Plan, regardless of prior notification, but you can cancel at any time on the Judit website.

If you cancel within the first 7 days of signing up, we can refund the amount by requesting it on the Judit website.

There is no grace period or loyalty period, and the services purchased remain available for the entire period you have paid for in advance.

Special offers may have different prices after the promotional period. At the end of the promotional period, Judit may charge the full price of the contracted Plan.

Cancellation only affects the Plan associated with your account, and does not extend to other Plans, even if they are also owned by you. Cancellation requests must be made via the e-mail address registered as the holder of the Plan on the Judit platform.

4. JUDIT'S FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE

4.1 TOOLS AND HELP

The Judit website provides tools and information for using the platform and contracting services. If you can't find what you're looking for, our Support team is available to help.

4.2. CHANGES IN SERVICES

We may change prices, the services themselves or even stop offering the Platform and Services at any time, but we will always inform you of these changes in advance.

4.3 RESPONSIBLE USE

The use of Judit should not be interpreted as a substitute for official consultation bodies, in particular for checking, validating documents and/or information. You are solely responsible for the prior validation and eventual use of the information and documents extracted from the Judit Platform.

4.4 PROCEDURAL INFORMATION

We are not responsible for incomplete or unavailable information on court cases, including publications, as we only reproduce the information/content made available in the original source of the consultation, i.e. on the website of the court where the case progressed.

4.5. REMOVAL OF CONTENT

We may remove any content from the Judit Platform proactively or for legal and/or administrative reasons, and no right to compensation shall subsist on the part of the User, but in no case shall your rights be affected.

4.6 CONTENT INDEXING

The Platform only reproduces/indexes content made available by the Courts' websites, but does not edit, alter or have any control over the content made available.

4.7. WE DO NOT OFFER LEGAL ADVICE

We do not provide legal advice or carry out the activities of lawyers.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

5.1. INTEGRATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

We sometimes integrate third-party services into the Platform to improve your experience. They have their own rules and terms, which must be accepted on their respective websites.

Integration does not mean that we endorse or are responsible for the services and products presented by third parties.

These services are the sole responsibility of the third parties themselves and in no way represent a relationship of partnership, supervision, complicity, joint venture, solidarity or guarantee with Judit.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1. LICENSE TO USE

Judit allows you to use the Platform and its Services on a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable basis, but not for commercial purposes. If we block your access to the Platform, your license will be suspended or terminated.

6.2 PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights and functionalities of the Platform, including texts, images, brands, layouts, software, codes, databases, graphics, articles, photographs, videos, audiovisual works and other content produced directly or indirectly on the Platform, are the property of Judit and protected by current legislation. You may not use, copy or modify them without Judit's prior permission.

6.3. NEW VERSIONS

If Judit makes improvements to the Platform, even at the User's suggestion, these improvements shall belong to Judit, which may exploit them as it sees fit.

6.4. CONTENT SHARING

Judit may share the data captured/used by your Plan elsewhere within the platform and with its affiliates and other companies in the economic group, subject to the personal data privacy policy made available on the website (www.judit.io).

9. RESPONSIBILITIES

9.1 LIMITATION OF JUDIT'S LIABILITY

Judit is not responsible for damages caused by third parties, incorrect information, missed deadlines, or technical problems arising from information and documents extracted from the Platform, which are indexed directly from the Courts' websites. Use of the platform is at your own risk and any legal information should be checked with the official bodies before use.

Should Judit be held responsible for the misuse of your login, you may be required to reimburse Judit for expenses resulting from problems related to the use of the platform.

Furthermore, Judit accepts no liability for:

(i) Damage Caused by Third Parties: If unauthorized third parties damage files and communications on the Platform or if you are unable to access the Platform;

(ii) Inappropriate Use Damages: If incorrect use of the services causes damage, such as missing deadlines or using incorrect information;

(iii) Damages from Illegal Activities: If you or others carry out illegal activities on the Platform, it is not Judit's responsibility;

(iv) Unauthorized Charges: If someone uses your profile to make charges, you are responsible for them;

(v) Information discrepancy: If the information on the platform does not match that of the official bodies;

(vi) Use of Information: If you use information from the platform inappropriately;

(vii) Confidential cases: If you can't get information from confidential cases;

(viii) Data Accuracy: Incomplete, outdated or inaccurate data made available on the Judit Platform;

(ix) Contracting on the Platform: Problems related to contracting on the platform, including due to payment methods managed by third parties.

(x) Indirect Damages: Indirect damage resulting from the use of the service.

(xi) Technical Problems: Problems caused by technical faults.

(xii) Delays and Failures: Problems with delays, cancellations or failures in platform-independent services.

(xiii) Outdated Information: Problems caused by outdated information on the platform; and

(xiv) Non-Acceptance of Registration: If third parties do not accept your registration with means of payment. 8.2. USER RESPONSIBILITY:

(ii) Is responsible for the correct use of the services provided by Judit, as provided for in this document, and for the consequences arising therefrom;

(ii) You must indemnify Judit for damages resulting from misuse of the Platform through your login;

(iii) It is forbidden:

1. a) Do not change your device settings to use the platform and services;
2. b) Do not try to hack or interfere with the operation of Judit and its services, only use the website or the application;
3. c) Don't create several accounts for the same person;
4. d) Do not tamper with Judit's trademarks or rights;
5. e) Don't pretend to be someone else or access accounts without authorization;
6. f) Do not share or modify Judit content without permission;
7. g) Do not sell or share access to services;
8. h) Do not place viruses or harmful programs on the services;
9. i) Do not use illegal programs (spiders or scrapers) to get information from the platform;
10. j) Do not use robots or automatic programs to access Judit;
11. k) Do not use tools to enable multiple accesses to the Platform at once, thereby impairing Judit's operation;
12. l) Do not reverse engineer the platform;
13. m) Do not use the platform to gain an illegal advantage;
14. n) Do not attempt to circumvent the content systems; and
15. o) Don't disrespect laws, norms or rules.

(iii) Do not use information from the platform in a discriminatory, unlawful or abusive manner.

7.3. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION:

If you do not follow the rules contained in these Terms, in the privacy policy and in current legislation, Judit may suspend or cancel its services without prior notice, reserving the right to refuse future use of the platform by the same user.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

These terms govern the relationship between you and Judit and may be amended at any time, without prior notice to you.

Judit may update the terms, and changes apply from the most recent version, which can be confirmed by the date in the top right-hand corner of this document. Any new functionality or enhancement of the Judit Platform will be subject to these Terms of Use.

You may stop using the Platform at any time, and Judit may stop providing services at any time or restrict or limit your use of the Platform.

Some clauses remain valid even after the relationship has ended. The declaration of nullity or partial annulment of one or some of the clauses in these Terms of Use shall not affect the others. Judit may transfer the rights and obligations contained in these Terms of Use to third parties, at any time and without the need for prior consent from the User, including due to corporate transactions.

If there are any legal disputes, Brazilian law applies and the court for resolving them is the District of the Capital of Rio de Janeiro.

Judit can communicate with you through different channels, such as e-mail, social networks and mobile notifications, in order to keep you up to date at all times.
